I had the most terrible experience with the stylist and manager concerning my visit 4/9/12. The stylist, Acacia, was 30-45 minutes late and never apologized. I told her about how I wanted my hair cut which she totally ignored, the color and highlights are not acceptable. It looks like she took a bowl around part of the top of my hair - this will take months to grow out. I cannot see any highlights - what I see is orange. I told her to leave the towel on my head after washing it as I have a cold. She did UNTIL she decided to sweep the hair off the floor - wet head - at the doctor Tuesday for antibiotics. I had a coupon for most of the services, but still OWED almost $100 - a rip off!
When I talked to the manager he refused a refund - he would redo it - why would I want to?! Rude man who told me not to tell him how to run his business and he would not be threatened when I said I would have the charge on my credit card reversed, he said try -- I guess he has done this many times before. I said I would post to my friends.He said no one ever pays attention to that ""s**t"".
