Ron Jaite #387 I called Roto-Rooter from work and by the time I arrived home Ron pulled up! As a single female and new homeowner I have choices, I trust the name and quality of work Roto-Rooter is known for. I was right, Ron was very informative and explained to me what he was going to do and why and how much it would cost. Then showed me my pipes as the camera was lowered into the drain and why there was a problem. I am up close and personal with my pipes, now I know. My new home was built in 1939 and it has been sitting empty for some time. Ron explained how to care for my pipes so they will last another 73 years. Ron was unusually responsive to my questions and gave me excellent advice to care for my home. I felt totally at ease because Ron was very respectful and polite. LOVE to Ron the Roto- Rooter Man- washed my troubles down the drain!!
