My back yard was flooding every time it rained! Roto-rooter's Ron Webb came to my rescue. He didn't come just once as the weather was not cooperating, He came out 3 times. The man was impossible to subdue. He kept after that darn plugged drain until it was found. I watched everything he did while trying not to get in his way. (You must understand that the first plumber I called tried the old ""bait and switch"" program with me) Ron worked hard to unplug my drain. He is an asset to his company. He was always polite, kept me informed of what he was doing, and maintained a very pleasant attitude. I couldn't have had a better service person if I made one up to suit me. I am not sure how Ron came to Roto Rooter but he is an asset. He most assuredly is an asset to your company and represents his company well.
