ACTIVE APPLIANCE HAS BEEN THE MOST TRYING, EXPERIENCE W/ A REPAIR CO I HAVE EVER HAD. BOTTOM LINE:
MAY 5, 2010 THEY ARRIVED AT MY DOOR TO FIX A SIX YEAR OLD MAYTAG WASHING MACHINE.
1ST VISIT ORDERED CONTROL BOARD. DIDN'T WORK AND HE WAS RUDE ABOUT IT. THEN BORIS SAYS I NEED A DIFFERENT PART. HE INSTALLS IT & GUESS WHAT?? DOESN'T WORK. DIDN'T RETURN PHONE NUMEROUS CALLS AND NEVER RETURNED.
LAST WEEK I CALLED A&E FACTORY SERVICE. THEY CAME OUT ORDERED THE SAME TWO PARTS, PUT THEM IN ONE WEEK LATER & THE MACHINE WORKS FINE AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE AND DON'T HIRE ACTIVE.
ACTIVE HAS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY SO I'LL PROBABLY HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS
