I moved to Atlanta in ?96 from Washington D.C. where I left behind my hairdresser who had been doing my hair for over 10 years. Needless to say, I had some hard time trying to find a new hairdresser in Atlanta. I have gone to over a dozen hairdressers in Atlanta since then and to very nice and high-class beauty salons , some better than others, but whenever I found a hairdresser that I liked, he or she did not stick around. I am a very difficult and lazy person when it comes to hair (I like the perfect cut?that is, each hair in its place, and I should be able to wash and go. I don?t have the time to spend drying and styling.) I went to Allison for the first time about two years ago, and since then, I a m happy to say that I have had a few different looks. How many times have you gone to a beauty salon, asked for a certain cut, and came out with something completely different? Well, I can assure you that Allison pays attention to you very carefully and she has a lot of patience. I am foreign-born and sometimes my communications skills are not the best, but when Allison does my hair, she takes the time to listen to what is that I would like to have done next and we work together. I followed Allison McTigue to B Bell Salon and I will follow her again, but I know she is not going anywhere because she is very stable. I give Allison A+.
