For unprofessionalism this company receives the top rating. Rude staff. Owner is condescending. You need an ""act of congress"" to speak with a staff member. Rules are made up as your case is completed. If you walk-in the office and you do not have an appointment, you are charged a $39 walk-in fee. However, if you have an appointment, you may wait over an hour to be seen. On two occasions, the paralegal was 90 minutes late. (I was the first morning appointment at 9:00 a.m. and the paralegal did not show until 10:30 a.m.) When appointment was made to review the documents, I was not escorted into an office or conference room. I reviewed and discussed the changes with the assistant in the waiting room! Privacy was of no concern to this company.
