I just wanted to drop a note about Elite Window Solutions. They did a lovely job. When they left everything was completely cleaned up and vacuumed. Each one of the young men who installed our job were polite and courteous. They were careful to shut doors behind them, even though it would have been easier to just walk on through and get it on their return trip. As ambassadors of Elite, they excell! The salesman was wonderful. I have worked on a sales team myself and he would have fit in beautifully. I would also like to commend Niki for tracking down my missing window and seeing that it got to Richmond ASAP so we could get the installation done sooner than expected.
It would appear that Elite has the gift of finding and hiring the best. I will be continuing to replace doors and windows in this old farmhouse. All the work will be done by Elite. ...Annette
