Review content:
Who wants to go to the dentist - not me - especially since I had a bad taste in my mouth and was sure that something major was wrong with my teeth. I had made the appointment for cleaning and x-rays. From the moment, I walked into Aspen Dental, it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist addressed me right away asking me to fill out routine forms, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Next, the x-ray technician asked me to come back and was so nice and really knew her job well. She did not mind when I interrupted her to go to the restroom. She then led me back to the doctor. She reassured me that my bad taste was not my teeth and recommended an oral surgeon to check an irregularity on the x-ray. She was kind enough to make a copy and give me the original so I would not have to go through the process again. Originally, this was a first-time check and x-ray appointment. But they cheerfully found time for the cleaning on the same day. The hygienist was very nice, talked to me about old movies we both liked and made me feel very at ease while working continuously on my cleaning. I had asked for a magazine to read in between waiting which they provided me with 3 different magazines. One of them was a special on Elizabeth Taylor which I really enjoyed. We laughed because these young women were too young to remember her. I am old enough to remember the Liz Taylor/Debbie Reynolds breakup. She then told me I could have that magazine since it was a double. The receptionist took care of my next appointment very graciously. By the time, I left my appointment, I was in a great mood. That dreaded appointment turned into a fun time.
