Dr. Valese seems competent and provides reasonable care but he is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED!! Almost twice the price of our current competent vet, Dr. Miller of Pocono Lake. Our most recent mailing for Dr. Valese is a self-serving scare letter titled ""Consumer Alert"" that warns against buying medications from sources other than him. I understand that veterinarians are in business but in an area where there are few choices, he is exploiting pet owners.
