Review content:
We have used the services of Trantham's Service Center many times over the last five years or so - I drive an older model cars as do my teenagers. I have always found the mechanics and front office to be courteous and knowledgeable. Many times the mechanics have gone out of their way to explain why a given service needs to be performed and/or the circumstances that led to a part failure, etc. They've never tried to sell me something that wasn't necessary but they have been known to point things out that could become issues in the future with a, ""You may want to watch that."", kind of heads-up. Its been refreshing to work with a group of people who are very direct in their dealings with their customers. Simply put, I trust them to do good work and to treat me and my family fairly.
