? Just returned from Meineke of Tupelo, MS where I was told to ""Take my keys, get the H*ll out of their store and don't come back."" when I asked them politely to fix the front differential on my 1996 Ford Explorer which was damaged when they did $2200 worth of work on it, including a faulty cv axle install which caused a leak in the seal @ the differential case because they used an impact gun to tighten the old retaining nut. This caused the fluid to drain out over time and slowly burn up the differential. These guys have NO clue how to fix or diagnose your car. I was there on my third trip back, when I heard another customer come in and tell them they had put semi-metallic brakes on his car when he had the paperwork showing where he had paid for their very best-top of the line Supreme CERAMIC brakes and charged him like $600-700 buck for them. They argued with him that there was no way for him to tell what type of brakes they had put on his car but I saw them put it up on the rack and take the cheap ones they had put on back off and have a truck deliver the ceramic pads he had paid for. What a JOKE!!!!! Go here if you have no clue how a vehicle works and want some people who know as much as you do working on your vehicle. They will make it so you have to come back to them again and spend more money. I have spent so much time sitting in their lobby that I have heard it over and over again. It's the same story. They will fix one thing on your car, and screw something else up so you have to come back.
