I had been going to CSS for almost a year before I moved to Portland and I can't wait to go back home to see Andrea for my next appointment! I have curly hair that was long and decided, after moving, to cut it short. What a mistake! I should have waited to go home and have Andrea do it! Curly hair is complicated and Andrea proved to me that she knows how to work with my hair, unlike the two different stylists I've seen in Portland. She is friendly (as well as the rest of the staff - usually there are smiles all around) and great at what she does. She takes the time to listen to what I want and gets it right. Even if it means scheduling a follow-up. She's also honest, which I appreciate! I'm calling soon to book my appointment 2 months in advance so she can fix this mess :(
Pros: affordable, friendly, trendy atmosphere, small flat screens at every station!
Cons: parking, carry mostly Redken - not much else
