During my 1st visit to NYC, I cam e across this joint and decided to give it a try. BAD Decision! The atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired - kinda drab and dim. The hostess wanted to seat me upstairs since I was dining along - I asked if the cost of my meal would be any different than the other diners and he stated it would not be so I told him I wanted to sit in the front near the window. I order the Beef ribs and baked potato - HORRIBLE! The ribs were not edible because they didn't pull the membrane off the ribs, so all the meat was under the membrane. I had to use my fingers to pull what little meat I could salvage from the bones - not a good look! The 15% gratuity was included in the bill - this seems to be a standard practice in Times Square. Make sure you check you bill so you will not give them a double tip. The best thing about this place was the drinks - they give you a 20 oz round glass.
