I would like to express my personal experience with the Law Offices of Michael Pines. I would like to include the issues that meant/mean the most to me when dealing with others in relation to my health and well being.
I had a very tragic incident which occurred in my life, as a result of a car accident. Accidents are not planned, expected and happen without foresight or any kind of help or knowledge of what to do. When the car accident occurred in my life, I was devastated, afraid, and lost as to how to go forth. I did not know of anyone that cared or could help in my behalf. I talked with friends, that helped a little, however, none of them knew how I should proceed.
In my terribly confused stated, I grabbed my telephone book and started to look for guidance. I found a law office , the Office of Michael Pines. I was shaking, no longer had transportation and a mind full of misinformation of loved ones and friends. I spoke with a member of this firm and immediately felt that I was going to get the guidance I needed. The first thing that impressed me, was that the staff person was able to calm and assure me that were there for me. I expressed no transportation and was told, don?t worry we will come to your residence. I was so relieved that that burden was off my back. They cared enough to come to me.
Dealing with the Law Offices of M. Pines has been the best thing that has happened to me in this situation. Sure the process was lengthy, but Rome was not built in a day. Even in this situation, each time I felt overwhelmed and contacted the office, I was always greeted by a concerned and professional individual. My calls were returned timely and this helped relieve my moments of panic. I was kept abreast of developments in my case, so I did not feel the need to make multiple appointments. At times, I was told that the person to whom I wish to speak with was on another line, stepped out of the office and I was always offered the opportunity to leave a message and received a call back.
Most importantly to me was the fact that I received speedy medical attention and did not have to worry about how I was going to pay. The staff at the law firm, may not always have time to chat and talk about the weather with you, however when it is time to get down to business, they move. Professionalism is the term I can use for the Law Office of M. Pines and staff. In addition to medical treatment, legal assistance, I received a monetary award for my pain and suffering?I think that can close the gap for the wait?it was worth it all. I thank God for Pines.
