Nov 2013: Brad came out in a timely manner and cleared our clogged sewer line quickly. He applied a treatment to help with the tree roots and cleaned up. Bishop always does a great job for us first time and does it right.\r

I used Bishop several years ago and was very pleased the way they fixed what another had failed at. \r
\r
Based on that experience we have used them multiple times. August of '10 we had a backup in the basement and from the time we reached the office we were assured that they would take care of our problem promptly and effectively. They arrived on time and set about the tasks to get our sewer and ALL branch lines cleared. Video inspection verified the integrity of our lines and the effectivness of the cleaning. \r

And on top of doing their job, they were courteous; treated our propery with respect. They wore boot covers everytime they entered the house and and when they finished they cleaned up around the drains and sprayed disenfecant. \r

They left a video of the inspection, detailed report of activity and information.\r
\r
While the cost was more than some we have used, it was worth every cent. They fixed the problem and cleaned up. Excellent value!\r
