I had to leave town and was concerned my elderly cat had reinjured a toe [nail was clicking on floor]. I wanted an expert eye to examine her toe. What I got instead stunned me. I got what looked like a highschool student who aimed a bright light into each of her eyes for 30-60 seconds !!! My poor cat looked at me in pain. I told the ""vet"" to stop and said, you are hurting her. She did not. An Assistant held her down. Then the worst of it came. One held her down on her side and pulled her leg up and out, and close to out of the socket !!! ""Stop you are hurting her"" as my poor kitty pitifully looked at me for help. Then they flipped her over and did the other hind leg. My cat has not walked right since. She limped for weeks and here it is a year later and she's not been able to jump up since that night. I should have decked both of them and refused to pay them. Only to be told at the end of this torture, that the toe was fine. [I'd give NO stars but system made me] Pros: 24 hr Cons: Absolutely No Quality of Care or Experience
