Review content:
After reading the previous review I have to say that the folks at Mailboxes Plus are all around terrific and I've had nothing but good experiences since I first started using them. They collect my mail for me and I also use them to send out FedEx and UPS packages. I've known them since they had a store in Penn Valley and I followed them to their Grass Valley location because I like how they run their business and I trust them handling my mail. They know me (and lots of others) by name and even when it gets busy, it's obvious they know their stuff because I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get something boxed and shipped out. In the same amount of time, you can still be standing in line at the post office longer than it takes to drive to this shop, do your business and drive back home. I think it's unfair to bash a good business with a poor review because someone thought she was being overcharged $1.50. The place is a fine establishment and don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
