Al came in for my heat and I paid him half first. But we literally met for only 15 mins and for 10 mins he kept on talking about money like how much he needed and that he wanted the rest as soon as possible. Since the other half wasn't paid yet, I noticed he was extremely friendly and eager to work. Two of his workers came, one seemed somewhat experienced and the other was literally a kid who didn't have a clue on what to do. After the work was done, Al came right away to pick up the other half and also said that he would give me ""good price"" for my air conditioning so I gave him some money up front. Several days later, I didn't receive one phone call from him. I called him and each time he would tell me that he will call later and never did. I had enough so I called him and demanded my money back, he hung up on me 4 times and said I was rude and that a customer always has to wait. After that he wouldn't pick up my call so I left a voicemail saying that I will call the cops and file a complaint. Of course this got to him so he called back and said he will do the job. I said no and demanded my money. Through all the unnecessary trouble, thankfully I got my money back. Do not trust Al, he seriously is money hungry and has the worst customer service. It's horrifying that customers are paying him for his lies.
