I read many reviews about this company and only a few were bad, so I hired them based on that and it turned out that for me it was one of the worst nightmares. The person in charge in NYC was extremely rude and constantly told me that they knew what they were doing but obviously NOT. they simply wrapped an antique table with regular paper and of course one leg was broken. The glass top of another table, the same story, wrapped in regular paper...broken in a 1001 pieces. I am missing about 3 boxes. When they deliver in California, the same story one of the man was extremely rude and dropped several things. They charged me an extra $ 100 for a wooden crate to pack my 42""TV and when it got here it was simply wrapped in paper. The amount of money that they refund me does not even cover the repair of the antique table and the extreme aggravation that I experienced. I will need a moving company by next year but never again CALIFORNIA EXPRESS?MOVE EAST .
