Sterling Goss is the best place in town for quality cut meat. I had my whole family over for dinner and really wanted to impress them. I immediately went to my fav butcher in town and brought home Filets and baby back ribs. It turned out perfect and my family said it was the juiciest filet ever, they loved it! The following day I went there for some Bratwurst. Once again, I was not disappointed. The homemade sausage was spectacular! I will definately be going back to Sterling Goss soon.
Pros: Best sausage & filets in town!
