THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I visited several other popular jewelry stores in the Raleigh area and none even came close to CMI. Their jewelry selection is top notch but the customer service you receive goes far above and beyond all others. Kim guided me throughout the whole process helping me select and find the most perfect diamond center stone to put in an exquisite engagement ring. I can honestly say that Kim is a man of his word as he has honored every promise/guarantee made to me on my jewelry purchases with CMI. This showroom is a one stop shop for jewelry. I'm a customer for LIFE!
