My mother went to CMI last year. Her best friend told her about it. She went and had an amazing experience remounting her ring and having her deceased husbands ring made into a necklace for her.
She said they were amazing. They did not harp on her to spend her money instead they were showing her all kinds of options for her and they were even suggesting she get the lesser of the few that were shown to her.
She was very happy with the outcome.
They treated her like family. I was pleased they treated her well. She had gone to other places and it seemed it was like a car dealership that just wanted her money.
Thank you CMI for taking care of my mom.
I am now a customer and will be for life.
Do not go to the other jewlers who promise you the world and discount prices. Every time you go into CMI you go in you will see the same people who will greet and know who you are. This is a family jewler. The show room is amazing and the prices beleive it or not are better than the so called discount stores. You will not be disappointed!!!!!
