My husband and I first heard of CMI from a friend several years ago. We visited the showroom with the intent of just looking and pricing pieces out. Pat, the sales woman, showed us a ton of different styles and types of pieces and we played for hours. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed into a purchase. In fact, we ended up purchasing a piece I never would have otherwise if Pat didn't take the time to show us new and different styles. She knew our budget and she worked with us to get the perfect piece for our money. Since our first visit 4 years ago, we've been back a dozen times to see ""Ms. Pat"", who makes us feel like family everytime. Pat knows me so well that each time we visit her, she immediately takes my engagement and wedding band and has them cleaned and shined all pretty. It seems more and more lately that customer service is a thing of the past. So when you find a store, especially when making a big purchase such as jewelry, that displays top notch customer service, you stick with that store for life. This is why my husband and I will continue to purchase jewelry from CMI. And, this is why we have referred so many friends to CMI for engagement and wedding bands, all of whom are as happy as we are with CMI. Thank you Pat and the entire staff for always making us feel welcome and special in your store! We can't wait for our next purchase at CMI. Happy holidays.
