My husband and I went out searching for an anniversary wedding band this weekend. He had surprised me with diamond earrings on our wedding night purchased from CMI 11 years ago. Being sentimental, I was hoping to find something that could be used with my existing set. I have never been so horrified with service! They did not have the sort of item I was looking for and after telling me what I wanted was outdated and that I needed to remount to a new setting the saleswoman suggested I go to a pawn shop. She made the experience dreadful and left me feeling uncomfortable. We will never return to this showroom and I suggest you don't either!
