If I could I would have given a lower rating. My husband and I purchased an inground pool $25,000.00. Sales person ""DOC"" was very nice and professional, BUT everything else was a nightmare. Installer finally showed up after we had to call and visit The Pool Place. Gave us a very low estimate and we never heard back, my husband had to call The Pool Place again before Scott finally called back and told him it was going to be an additional $4,000.00 + and said he would bring all the details out to us in writing on Monday, never showed up or called. We went back to The Pool Place today and were told Scott is thew owners husband!!!! Oh well guess that is why he didn't care if he called or showed up. We cancelled our order and got a refund. Go else where to purchase your pool we sure are!!!!!!
