Review content:
I moved my household goods into a large first floor unit here when I ETS'ed from the Army. It Was Great good location and easy access, until.... MOLD!!!!! The location of this unit is right near a very damp area and it shows look behind the property and you'll see cattails... they grow in swamps right? Any way long story short insurance wont cover damages to property becase there is no obvious water entering the unit, soi get to throw out and buy new furniture becuase with two small children its best not to chance it with what could potentially be poisonous. IMO find someplace else that has humidity controls or be sure to take care of extreme humidity on your own just dont expect the staff to try and help you they quickly forgot how to be friendly after we put a claim in for our now useless moldy furniture. Update- on my final trip to clear out the unit i was accused of vandalizing the property (Mud Tracks through the grass) Which was completely false. This is after being harrassed by one of the employees at this location for the better part of the day. Unbelievable.....
