Review content:
I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. Comfortable beds! Clean Room and Bathroom. Anytime there was a problem with anything (Toilet running, alarm clock not working) we always got a call that night or the next morning to make sure the problem was completely fixed. All of the staff was super nice and more than willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Saturday night has Karaoke in the bar. Great food in the bar. Great Location (by tons of museums, Eastern State Penn. and other historic landmarks) I loved the city and hotel and will stay there again when I visit Philly again this summer.
Pros: Comfy Beds, Great Service from Front Desk, Maintence Staff AND Hotel Bar Staff.
Cons: Dirty Area of Town.
