I do not recommend A to Z Auto Center for U-Haul. The U-haul representatives personality is as ugly as her outside appearance. She has a huge chip on her shoulder and will not work with you at all. They promised me a price of 350.10 for my U-haul rental and they said all I needed to do was print out a competitors price and they would match it. On the day I was moving they reneged on their agreement because they said Budget didn't have any trucks available (of course they don't if you check the very same day). Of course the print out I brought in was from 2 days ago when Budget had that very same truck available. They stuck me with the extra charge and now I didn't have time to get another company. Also, they didn't call the previous day to confirm my appointment so I had to drive an extra 25 minutes to a location that actually had a truck available. DO NOT USE A TO Z AUTO CENTER!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!
