They are rude, act like they know everything when they know nothing.... Knowingly gave my husband and me a sick dog and then tried to skip around it. They have a paper that they make you sign. I never saw it. My husband was told it was just a paper signing the puppy over. The fine print read that they had a right to sell us whatever in WHATEVER CONDITION. Someone only puts something like that if they are intentionally selling something that ten to one is going to have an issue at some point. These people should not be selling pets! They should be put out of business and put through what they do to these animals.
