Review content:
If you can get past the horrible front desk, you might have a good experience. Twice in two visits they have made errors in my appointment time. Once they had made it for three hours later than I asked and once they made it for a completely different day. I know it could not have been me since I asked ""is there anything available today?"" They said yes, come in, and then the desk said my appointment was for two weeks from today. In addition, the desk people seem to have no service training. I have to be in suits all week and like to dress down on my days off. If I do this there, they certainly treat me differently! Very Snobby!
Pros: Stylists are great!
Cons: Front desk is the worst!
