My fiance got my engagement ring and wedding band from Jay and of course I loved them! I knew that I wanted to get his wedding band through Jay, but we moved out of state shortly after we got engaged. When the time came to buy, I knew exactly what I wanted. I called Jay and described what I wanted over the phone. He called me later that day with a quote (which was less expensive than other places I found locally), I sent the check the same day and I had the ring in a little over a week! It was exactly what my fiance wanted and I couldn't believe how easy it was! It was so nice to know that I could feel confident making such an important purchase over the phone.
