My family had an emergency and had water flowing thru 3 floors of our house. We called this company and was told that they would be there within 2 hours. This was at about 9pm. At 945pm, they called back and said that they wouldnt be able to make it until 8am the next day. When I talked to a manager, they were rude and made it seem like it was my fault. I ended up calling ARS Rescue Rooter and they took care of the problem quickly. Then I started receiveing calls from this company, trying to get me to allow them to send out somebody. They wouldnt stop until I told them that if anybody from their company showed up, I would call the police. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ever!
