Review content:
I am pretty new to the whole ""spa experience"". A good friend recommended, G2O and I thought ""why not?"". My first time and I went all out with massage, mani/pedi, hair and a facial. They even served me a GREAT lunch! The experience was amazing! I am totally hooked and I will have to do it all again! The staff in general were very caring and thoughful at all turns... but the thing that I have to say impressed me the most was when I was checking out, the woman before me was throwing a fit. The poor man behind the desk stood there, taking a verbal beating from this woman... and I am not too sure exactly what happened but you could just tell she was being unreasonable. He remained polite and was attempting to calm her in every way. I thought he had amazing customer service skills and when she was done blowing up, he checked me out as up beat and cooly as if nothing had happened. This is a great skill and more people like him in general would be a vast improvement in the world. I will with out question be going back!
