My foil results - single process Marylin Monroe look on top and streaked everywhere else; AWFUL. I returned the next morning at 8AM for a refund to go to my regular salon. They refused and insisted I wait until the manager arrived at 11 AM. I left in tears and no refund when another employee saw me outside. He toned my hair to get it back to the original color and offered to rehighlight it that evening if the manager agreed to transfer the cost. At this point, I didn't want to completely fry my hair so I left with my hair the original color I came in with, out $140, plus $30 tip, plus $36 parking: $206 for 5 hours one day, tears, and my original hair color. The salon is overpriced, especially given the fact that a 5 hour foil on chin-length hair rings of inexperience...AVOID THIS PLACE
