Review content:
i do custom auto upholstery for a living.i took my upholstery machine in to have it serviced.when i got it home and removed the plastic that had been wrapped around it .it was clearly a different machine.same brand but had some serious wear on it,so i flipped it over and checked for my drivers lic.number i had carved into the main body in an inconspicuous place,it wasnt there,some of the parts from my machine had been transferred to this one but since it was an older model they didnt fit right..i was devistated .every job i do now is more time consuming and frustraighting because this machine has alot of problems...my upholstery machine means everything and is how i provide for my family this has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had...hard to believe one trip to modesto vac & sewing center can continue to be a never ending nightmare that seems to get worse with every job i try to do,.that machine is my bread and butter,i wish i could go back so i never stepped foot in this store..i miss my very nice ,shiny machine that didnt have a scratch on it and ran like a top....by the way i noticed one of mr.edwards ""good"" reviews was written by his wife colleen...doesnt surprize me
