I am so frustrated with these people. The personnel at this pharmacy were extremely rude and curt with my 88-year-old mother, and when I tried to help clear the confusion they were extremely rude and curt with me. They are absolutely lacking in people skills, and have no feeling or compassion for their customers. If there is a complication with you receiving your prescription, they do not make any effort to solve it. The warm and friendly message you have to listen to on the phone while on hold with these people is the polar opposite of the experience you will have while doing business with them. Don't rely on them for medications you really need to stay healthy - if there is one blink of the slightest complication they will hang you out to dry.
