Always accomodating service. Mike the service coordinator listened to my issues and made good suggestions. Car was ready when promised and Mike was even able to find a discount for me in the price. I believe Commonwealth wants my business and is willing to give the extra effort to keep me coming back. Jim the manager is fair as well and makes it a point to see that customers are happy. I have been going to Commonwealth for over 5 years now and no complaints with the service department at all.
