Review content:
I was told that $450 had to be sent to safe Harbor upfront prior to my son's possible release into a Rehab facility. Leonard explained that the money would be refunded if the release was denied and my son's behavior was not the reason for denial. My son was denied release but not because of any behavioral problems. This is information that I was given by my son's case worker at the correctional facility. I informed Leonard that my son was denied release and ask when he would be sending the refund. He said he would have to investigate it first and let me know. Many excuses later, I still have not received a refund and was told by Leonard that I would have to take legal action to get it. Don't allow him to take your money for doing absolutely nothing.
