Sorry, I was really hoping to have found a fail proof dry cleaner to replace my beloved Dunrite - but these guys aren't it. I've taken two light cream colored tops to this establishment (on different occasions), and they've both come back with spot rings...like stain remover solvent rings or something. Both were about 2"" in diameter. It is totally unacceptable for a cleaner, especially one as heralded as this one, to be causing these stains (this is an indication that the specialists are not as specific in removing stains as they should know how to be), and it is completely unacceptable to return the garments to me in this way, and to charge me alot of money too! Do they think I won't see the rings? Did the specialists not see the rings?? Either way, not cool. Where is Dunrite???
