I have a big dog that loves everyone. When I dropped her off for what was to be her last visit to Canine Clipper I had to drag her out of the car. Once I handed her off to the folks there she was trembling all over. I've never seen her act that way.
Half way through the day (when she should have been almost ready to pick up) my husband received a call from the owner telling us that we were going to have to pay $30 more than we had been quoted for the time they spent BRUSHING her. They hadn't even given her a bath yet. If we wanted them to bathe her as well we would have had to pay $30 more. We don't care how much we have to spend to keep her clean, but the way they handled it was very unprofessional and they've obviously been mean to her or hurt her in someway due to her reaction.
I would recommend you skip taking your pet here and find someone else that treats your pet the way they treat their own.
