My husband and I noticed that our drains were clogging in the bathroom tub and sink so we decided to call Roto-Rooter in Babylon, N.Y. From the time of our initial call to completion of service our experience was quite satisfying. We were quite concerned initially about getting the issue resolved because it was late on a Sunday but the plumber arrived in a very timely fashion. He was friendly while still remaining professional and meticulous while working. It was difficult to identify the problem and he was patient and thorough, troubleshooting until he identified it. We would definitely use Roto-Rooter again as well as recommend Roto-Rooter to others.
