As first time customers of Roto-Rooters my husband and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by our serviceman on call.
After discovering that we had a serious plumbing emergency on our hands at 4am we called Roto-Rooters ASAP. They were the only place that advertised 24/7 service that we could actually get a live person to assist us with our situation in our neighborhood in Port Jefferson Station, NY. The plumber (Josh) came within 45 minutes and our problem was solved within 2 hours from start to finish. He was very friendly given the early time he had to pay us a visit. In addition to his pleasant demeanor, he was also very informative. He gave us a list of all the things we should not be using in our system (i.e. flushable wipes and bleach tablets, etc.), which is something we definitely wouldn't have given second thought being that all those products claim to be safe for septic tanks.
Our over all experience was top notch and we are very satisfied that our children awoke and weren't even aware that there was any problem in the first place. Best of all the service is guaranteed for 6 months. It gives us great confidence knowing that they will come back and fix any future problems for free during the warranty period.A+ service. Thanks Roto-Rooters for sending us our superman!!!
