I will never use them again!! I have told everyone I know who brings up a kitchen redesign to stay far away from them, and will continue to spread the story.
First of all our cabinets didn?t show up the scheduled day, and when they finally did... they had put in the wrong glass. The interior of the cabinet was a completely different color as the outside of the outside. the outside panels were also missing, nothing seemed to be ready, I should of requested my refund on the spot, I was told that someone would call me within the hour, no one called, I had to go into one of their locations where their employee was shocked that I was being pushed aside and called head office and was whispering on the phone about unprofessional they were being.
Finally I spoke to them and they told me that I would just be able to take home the base cabinets (some of them) and the fridge panel (fridge panel was too small although we had given them the exact measurement). Our over the microwave cabinet was also missing and showed up more than a week later.
The garbage cabinet door was supposed to be one door was did not show up because they eventually explained to us that the manufacture did not make them. (We sat with them in the design process and not once did they mention that we wouldn?t be able to have those garbage doors).
We were promised that the rest of our cabinets would be delivered 2 days later by noon. at noon on that particular day no one from kabinet king had shown up and of course didn?t call to say they were running late either. At 1pm our counter top guys came to do the final measurements. It is pretty difficult to have your countertops done without all the base cabinets. I ended up sending some of the items back and purchasing the rest from another cabinet place in flushing, that was able to offer the same exact product for less the cost and head ache.
Thank You Kabinet King for letting me spread my story, since then 3 of my family members has done their kitchens over and I was able to stop them from using your company, they are grateful.
