The first rating is clearly a friend; i bet he obviously can afford this place with all the cars he has. I am surprised he wasn't forced to sell one to cover the cost of repairs from here unless he just went for oil changes. I would really recommend you avoid this place at all cost; there are other businesses that will be much more reasonable and understanding plus they are just too expensive. I was a fool and spent thousands here over a course of several years and really thought I had a good relationship with them. But their hourly rate is just insane and everyone I sent them found they just paid too much when they went back to the dealer or found the extent of the repairs done excessive.. I found sticking with a neighborhood garage and dealer has offered me the best price, quality and i no longer have the feeling I am getting ripped off. I am not the only one, I know better now. STAY AWAY unless you can afford the cost and chance. Sorry, just the way it is...
