Ticket#16141663 Service on 3/07/2011. Had a wonderful experience with Roto-Rooter! Our toilet had backed up all over our bathroom floor. What a mess. Didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Roto-Rooter and Mark Dennis(2976). Mark came out and was very professional! He had a broad knowledge of the plumbing field. It was decided that we needed a cleanout installed. With the use of a camera device, Mark was able to locate the pipe in the yard. With the assistance of Jason Lukas(1254) the job was done promptly and efficiently in a day. The hole was hand dug so that the yard was not torn up with a machine of some sort. The sod was even saved. The clean out was put in and the line was rooted out all the way to the city sewer. Mark used the camera again to make sure the line was clear and the hole was filled back in with dirt. It was almost like they were never there. Mark then gave me recommendations on how to help keep the line clean. Roto-Rooter made this experience very painless. Thanks again Mark! I will be recommending Mark and Roto-Rooter to all my friends and family.
