Had a pipe leaking behind my tub to the finished basement ceiling downstairs. Called Roto-Rooter (Hartford), and set up an appointment for yesterday 11/18/11. I live in Putnam. The plumber came by and quickly began working on the problem. Eddie was his name. He was very percise and meticulous about his work, which was a great relief to me. Within no time at all the leak was fixed and all is good. Even got a 1 year guarantee for the work. Awesome job thanks for everything.
