I came across this site and realized that it wasn't just me... there are others who are not satisfied with this store and they seem to ignore the fact that they need nicer people up front!! I agree with BAKES CAKES (down below) that if we're talking about the same lady up front, is very rude. (The one im talking about is the short chubby lady with short hair) We were there like 2 or 3 weeks ago and she did the same thing to my wife and I. We asked a simple question and she seemed like she was ready to go home, almost like she was holding her breath with us and not to mention LAZY. THE MANAGMENT TEAM NEEDS TO PULL HER TO THE BACK OR FIRE HER. Sorry to say.
