Businiess name:  Paco's Tacos & Tequila

Review content:
I really enjoyed my first visit to Paco's. The salsa and queso (especially the salsa) tasted great. Immediately you can taste a noticeable difference from most mexican restaurants in a good way. We went on a Tuesday, which was 1/2 off bottles of wine, probably the reason were were the only males in there...not sure about wine with Mexican food.....how about a beer or tequila special along with the wine thing? For the main course I went with the recommended Paco's Tacos which are beef brisket tacos with caramelized onions bbq chipotle that tasted great. I ordered 2 hard shells and one flour...and got 3 hard shells...no biggie. Once I bit into the tacos, they fell apart and with one bite I had all the beef in my mouth at once. Basically, make sure you ask for flour here with the beef tacos. Overall, service was friendly and fast....refills on salsa, chips and dos equis came right when we needed them. I'll have to visit again to get a better feel for the menu, but everything looked good and I will definitely be back soon to see if they'll get me to a 5 star.
