Maintaining A Landscape - I have seen so many of my neighbors investing in beautiful landscaped gardens only to have them slowly degrade over the months until they started looking shabby and unkempt. They told me that they all had maintenance agreements with their landscaping contractors but the contractors were not interested in the work and their efforts were substandard.
