I took the supershuttle from manhattan to newark and back.
On the trip to the airport, the pickup was almost 1 hr late and took 1.5 hours (2-3x cab time).
On the trip home, it took 40 min to book/wait for the ride; 2 hrs to get home (I was the last drop) and they lost my bag. The driver unloaded my suitcase and left it on the sidewalk. The supershuttle ppl made little to get my bag back. What's worse is a passenger on my ride to the airport had the same problem!
I don't recommend this service b/c the travel time is too much and they seem to lose bags.
There are other services where you share a ride from Grand Central or Penn Station. I'll try that next time as the timing should be better.
